These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the OrderBot platform, owned and operated by Azmahpoint Nigeria Limited (CAC RC: 8737386), a company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, cease use immediately and notify us at support@azmahpoint.com.ng.

Key Provisions

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
Subscription fees are payable monthly via Paystack
One message token is consumed per completed order
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties
Liability is capped at 3 months of subscription fees paid
Governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria
